From the supplier: Shared leadership in the Michigan House is believed to be a big factor in bringing to justice some officials and employees of the House Fiscal Agency (HFA) who are guilty of corruption. Investigations conducted by such agencies as the FBI, the Office of the Attorney General and the state police, point to HFA Dir John Morberg as a key player in the commission of the anomalies. Morberg allegedly used government money to finance personal whims.
