From the supplier: The volleyball spike is crucial to the improvement of the game performance of student athletes. Important aspects of the spike involve the vertical jump performance, movement power characteristics and landings. Before executing the spike, the player must achieve a horizontal velocity enough to create the necessary momentum for a high vertical jump to properly execute the spike. Teachers should also include pain and injury management in training students.
