Great book cover August 27, 2010 Jeanne Dagna (Collegeville, PA USA) Great product. A bit hard to get hooked-up to the Kindle, but once finally clipped in place, sturdy and solid.
Save yourself the money August 25, 2010 Mikey I recently bought the M-edge without realizing that you can buy it for 20 bucks on amazon if you just add "Slim" to your search query. ( M-Edge SLIM Leather Kindle 2 Jacket (Fits 6" Display, Kindle 2), Smooth Black )

A friend gave me his Merkury (link above) case that be bought for ten bucks. It's remarkable. GREAT system for securing the kindle (far more secure than any other case I've seen & won't crack your kindle's case). The leather is super soft, nice soft suede lining, places to put business cards, stitching looks great. Only once con thus far: the leather (most likely synthetic) used in the Merkury case is extremely soft and may not be as durable as some people prefer. Not a problem for me at all, I love the feel; I just thought I would mention it. I cannot yet vouch for it's longevity but my friend had been using it and it still looks brand new.
As much as I hate to go onto a site and post a link to another product on another site, I feel a lot of people will save their money and get a better product with the Merkury case.
** Received the M-edge case today. For all those who are looking to buy, a couple points.**
- The leather doesn't feel like anything special but seems durable enough. If you are looking for nice supple leather go with something else.
- The suede looks slightly cheap on the inside (not trying to be a snob, just my first impression)
- The stitching is very well done
- Logo on the outside of the case could be less pronounced
All in all, this case is not worth $35, I'm sending it back to be completely content with my 10 dollar case.
If you don't mind waiting a couple days for shipping and really want the M-edge, just buy it from the manufacturer with the link I provided above and save $15.
Nice cover but skip the light August 22, 2010 ReaderBob The cover is works well. The Kindle 2 connects securely, it folds over well for one-handed reading, and it looks great. My only disappointment is I also got the M-Edge e-Luminator2 Booklight and I am not able to close the cover with the light attached. I had expected to be able to always have the light with the Kindle and so far I'll have to carry it separately.
Protection plus August 21, 2010 Cecily Beard (Annapolis, MD United States) This leather cover is sturdy, unobtrusive, and provides all needed protection for the international Kindle. The connection hooks holding the Kindle to the cover are designed to hold tight, and they work well. The cover folds back upon itself for easy small-format reading. Well worth the expense.
kindle case August 8, 2010 maryl Got this kindle case for a gift kindle. Sort of liked it but noticed that at the top the stitching was gapping a bit. Probably needs some glue between back and top corner. Also would like a closure on outside as it doesn't stay closed. Do like the little clip inside which keeps kindle very securely in the case!
